I have always loved real estate! At the age of 20, I bought my first home while in college at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). I’m actually from Augusta; I graduated from Lakeside High School, and returned to Augusta immediately after college. In 2007, I started buying homes in Hephzibah, Martinez, Evans, and throughout Augusta. My favorite part of real estate is solving someone’s problem with a win-win solution that allows a homeowner to accomplish whatever their goal may be. I’m married to my wife of 18 years (Shannon), and have 4 children. We enjoy tennis, pickleball, Georgia football, the outdoors, and traveling. I’m also an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Augusta.
Shannon Myers
Hi, I’m Shannon! I am happily married to Paul and am Mom to our four awesome kids! Paul and I met in a church praise band at the University of Georgia, and then after graduating, I moved to Augusta to attend Medical School. I’m a Pediatrician by training and enjoyed my time serving our community’s children for 11 years. I stepped back from the full-time practice of medicine to devote more time to our family, and it has been quite a gift for us! I now get to manage all the schedules, drive all the places, and attend all the things! In my “free time” I have the pleasure of helping MHB with what I like to call the “Finishing Touches”! I enjoy interior design and especially love landscape design so you’ll occasionally find me out in front of our properties making things beautiful!
Zach Cook
I was raised in Jackson, GA and went to college at Georgia College in Milledgeville where I met my college sweetheart. We got married in 2016 and moved to Augusta soon after. We enjoy playing with our son, walking our dogs, and making things with wood. I love working and living in Augusta!
Demargo Trotty
I am a graduate of Hephzibah High School and a member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church where I help serve by staying in contact with the prayer list (sick and shut in list) and always spreading the good word! I am functioning as a Home Buying Specialist, helping to expand two new divisions of Myers House Buyers focused on real estate agents and listed properties, while also setting specific appointments for MHB’s two Home Buying Specialists.
Evan Wood
I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but raised primarily in Macon, Georgia. After graduating from Georgia College in 2013 with a degree in Economics, I moved to Augusta where I developed a love of the local community and a desire to see it thrive. In my spare time, you can find me spending time with friends or reading about whatever subject has caught my interest.
Christopher Crozier
I was born in Augusta, GA but lived most of my life in a small town called Waynesboro, GA. After graduating Burke County High School, I attended Augusta University in 2009 with a Communication Major. Currently, I am actively involved in our community from Columbia County Rotary, Leadership Columbia County Class 2023, Augusta Metro Chamber, Aiken Chamber, Columbia County Chamber, and The Alzheimer’s Committee to name a few. I strive to daily to be involved with my community, my family, and my friends with Christ at the center of all of it. I serve Myers House Buyers as a House Buying Specialist. In my downtime I enjoy reading, poetry, tennis, local food spots, and dad jokes.
Jeremy Harden
I was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and raised in Evans, Georgia where I attended Greenbrier High School. I decided to further my education at the University of Alabama through a track-and-field scholarship. While in college, I also met my wife! After graduating from the University of Alabama with a Public Health degree, job opportunities brought me home. I now have a beautiful family with two beautiful baby girls and a beautiful wife. In my free time, I love watching football and track-and-field. Roll Tide!
Maria Sorbito
Born and raised in Bacolod City, Philippines, I embarked on my academic journey at the University of St. La Salle, where I spent my formative years from kindergarten through college. I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a passion for understanding governance and societal dynamics. Though I aspired to attend law school, my focus shifted with the joys of starting a family. Transitioning into the professional realm, I dedicated 14 years of my career to the call center industry, honing my skills as a trainer. However, an exciting opportunity arose to work remotely, leading me to embark on a new chapter. Now, I find myself embracing the challenges and rewards of a work-from-home position, grateful for the journey that has brought me to where I am today.
Alicia Stever
Born and raised in Georgia, I graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2013 with a B.S. in Mass Communication in media studies. There, I met my husband and we have been married since 2016. We welcomed our son in 2021 and became his advocates when he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2022. Since my son’s diagnosis, I left the busy world of digital media marketing to focus on my son’s needs. Now, I am excited to be working part-time as an Executive Assistant! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family watching movies, cheering on the Braves, and taking walks outside. For self care, I enjoy reading, visiting local coffee shops and bookstores, and dreaming of my next Disney trip!
