Paul Myers
I have always loved real estate! At the age of 20, I bought my first home while in college at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). I’m actually from Augusta; I graduated from Lakeside High School, and returned to Augusta immediately after college. In 2007, I started buying homes in Hephzibah, Martinez, Evans, and throughout Augusta. My favorite part of real estate is solving someone’s problem with a win-win solution that allows a homeowner to accomplish whatever their goal may be. I’m married to my wife of 18 years (Shannon), and have four children. We enjoy tennis, pickleball, Georgia football, the outdoors, and traveling. I’m also an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Augusta.

Shannon Myers
Hi, I’m Shannon! I am happily married to Paul Myers and am Mom to our four awesome kids! Paul Myers and I met in a church praise band at the University of Georgia, and then after graduating, I moved to Augusta to attend Medical School. I’m a Pediatrician by training and enjoyed my time serving our community’s children for 11 years. I stepped back from the full-time practice of medicine to devote more time to our family, and it has been quite a gift for us! I now get to manage all the schedules, drive to all the places, and attend all the things! In my “free time,” I have the pleasure of helping MHB with what I like to call the “finishing touches”! I enjoy interior design and especially love landscape design, so you’ll occasionally find me out in front of our properties making things beautiful!

Zach Cook
I was raised in Jackson, GA and went to college at Georgia College in Milledgeville where I met my college sweetheart. We got married in 2016 and moved to Augusta soon after. We enjoy playing with our son, walking our dogs, and making things with wood. I love working and living in Augusta!

Amir Arabnia
I was born and raised in Athens, Georgia, where I attended UGA. I’ve always enjoyed playing and watching sports (go Dawgs!), and I value spending quality time with my friends and family. I recently made the move to Augusta and am excited to be part of such a great team while serving this wonderful community.

Rolene Roux
Hi, I’m Rolene Roux! I was born in Bloemfontein, South Africa, and now call Aiken, South Carolina home. I earned my degree in Accounting and later my MBA, which eventually led me into real estate—where I found my true passion for bringing order, clarity, and efficiency to every transaction. I love helping agents and clients navigate closings smoothly and feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, you can usually find me playing pickleball, exploring local markets, or enjoying quiet mornings with my favorite cup of rooibos tea. I’m excited to be part of a team that values excellence, connection, and growth!

JD Kassner
Hey, I’m JD Kassner! I was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, and graduated in May of 2025 from Georgia College and State University. I enjoy playing golf, eating good food, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family. I’m passionate about MHB’s mission, and I’m thrilled to serve on a team that promotes hard work, excellence, and teamwork!

Lauren – Executive Assistant
I’m Lauren, Paul’s Executive Assistant. My job is to keep our operations running smoothly and expedite our leadership’s role in the workforce. I was born up north, but raised here in Augusta, GA. and graduated from Augusta University where I majored in History which has always been my favorite subject. Beyond work I make time for sewing, baking, reading, and watching my favorite sports teams compete! Spending time with my family is always at the top of my priority list, and I am excited to work for a company that follows up on its core values. I love supporting my work family and helping them reach their fullest potential professionally and personally!

James Heider
Hey, I’m James Heider! I was born and raised in Evans, Georgia, and recently graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Business Management. I enjoy playing golf, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with my dog, Ella. I’m proud to work alongside a team that values hunger, humility, and people smarts!

Myles Hammond
Peace Family! My name is Myles Hammond. I’m a proud U.S. Air Force veteran and Real Estate lover who enjoy connecting homeowners with real, win-win solutions for their situations. I enjoy real estate because it gives me the opportunity to connect with people, understand their story, and serve them at the highest level with a company that cares. Outside of work, I’m big on personal growth, fitness, traveling, and mentorship. I love reading, working out, coaching athletes, being a father, and watching basketball and college football; sports and discipline have shaped a lot of who I am. I’m a proud member of Evening Light Church of God, and my faith keeps me grounded in everything I do. At the end of the day, I’m about building trust, serving people well, and making a positive impact wherever I go.
